7 Pittsburgh Farmers Markets To Visit
If you’re someone who loves to shop local, chances are you’ve already been to some of the many farmers markets around Pittsburgh. We are lucky enough to live in a city with lots of access to fresh produce, handmade goods, and delicious food vendors. While many farmers markets only last through the summer, we’ve picked out 7 different markets for each day of the week that are open into the fall!

Squirrel Hill Farmers Market
The Squirrel Hill Farmers Market is located in the Beacon-Barlett parking lot every Sunday morning through November 20th. They have over 30 vendors including farms with fresh produce, bakeries, juicers, florists, and food vendors offering Mediterranean and Jamaican cuisine.

Robinson Farmers Market
The Robinson Farmers Market happens every Monday from 3-7 in the Holy Trinity Church parking lot. Different vendors are there each week including farms with fresh and local produce, food trucks, and florists. They also have live music!

Lawrenceville Farmers Market
Lawrenceville’s Farmers Market is located at Bay 41 every Tuesday, rain or shine. Their mission is to increase access to fresh, healthy food and support the development of a sustainable local food system. Their vendors’ products include fresh produce, sauces, drinks, flowers, and baked goods. The farmers market will happen through November 22nd.

Bellevue Farmers Market
Bellevue’s Farmers Market lasts through October 26th and is located in Bayne Park. They have 26 permanent vendors and two different food trucks each Wednesday. Fun fact: a local skateboard shop has been hosting free skateboard lessons each week at the market.

Market Square Farmers Market
Through October 27th, Market Square’s Farmers Market occurs every Thursday from 10-2. They have 22 full-time vendors including bakeries, restaurants, and farms as well as a different performance each week from local singers and songwriters.

North Side Farmers Market
From 3-7 each Friday, the North Side Farmers Market is located in Allegheny Commons Park through November 18th. Vendors include farms, creameries, wineries, orchards, and bakeries.

Sewickley Farmers Market
On Saturdays, head to Sewickley for their farmers market lasting through November. The market is located at St. James Church of the Divine Redeemer Parish. Check out their fresh produce, local food, handmade goods, and more!
